SPACE TO RECOVER, HEAL – AND CHANGE

SPACE TO RECOVER, HEAL – AND CHANGE

While each person’s journey towards recovery begins and ends within, their external environment matters. Surrounded by natural beauty amid an abundance of plant and birdlife on the outskirts of the town, The Redbourne Plettenberg Bay, on South Africa’s picturesque Garden Route, offers patients the ideal environment to make a life changing break from the people, places and patterns that helped to embed their addiction.

Immaculately maintained to the
highest standards inside and out, The
Redbourne Plettenberg Bay has
space for a maximum of 24 patients at
a time. Sharing with one other person
of the same gender, each patient is
accommodated in well appointed,
fully secure rooms, each with its own
private en-suite bathroom facilities.

In addition to an office and administration spaces, the centre’s shared areas include spacious open-plan lounge areas along with a dining room and professional kitchen. One-to-one therapy sessions take place in purpose designed rooms on the site. We also have an on-site nursing clinic. The outside spaces feature a braai area and swimming pool set in immaculate gardens with views over the tranquil Piesang Valley.

Plettenberg Bay is a seaside town on the Garden Route in South Africa’s Western Cape Province. The sandy Central Beach and Lookout Beach both have surf breaks. To the south, Robberg Nature Reserve is a rocky peninsula with trails and the Stone Age Nelson Bay Caves. Northeast are Birds of Eden, a free-flight bird sanctuary in indigenous forest, and an elephant sanctuary. Whales come near the coast in migration season.
